Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 Shallot, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 Red chili, sliced optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add shallot and garlic, cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Cook for another minute.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add mint, cilantro, and cooked rice. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with red chili if using. Serve warm or at room temperature.
