Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 cup Cooked shrimp, sliced
- ½ cup Fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup Fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup Fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup Cooked rice vermicelli noodles
1. Prepare all the ingredients and have them ready to assemble.
2. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10 seconds to soften.
3. Lay the softened wrapper flat on a cutting board. In a row across the center, place a small handful of noodles, a few shrimp slices, and a mixture of the vegetables and herbs.
4. Fold the sides inward, then tightly roll the wrapper, starting from the bottom.
5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
