Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2. In another bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough to your desired thinness and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. Add your favorite toppings and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
