  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place sausages in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  4. Remove sausages from the oven, pour batter over them, and return to the oven.
  5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the batter is puffed and golden.
