Toasted Caprese Sandwich
A simple and delicious toasted sandwich with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
- 1 handful Fresh Basil
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
3. Layer mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil on the un-oiled side of two bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side out.
5. Place sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Serve immediately.
