Tofu Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Firm Tofu drained and cubed
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tofu, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
3. Pour the dressing over the tofu and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
