Instructions
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble the tacos by placing tofu mixture on the tortillas, then topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and red onion.
Serve with lime wedges.
