Instructions
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add the lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Stir in the fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar. Adjust seasoning to taste.
5. Add the red chili and cilantro. Serve hot.
