  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked until crispy
  • 1 large Tomato sliced
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese or your favorite cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Layer each slice with cheese, bacon, and tomato.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
