  • 4 slices Baguette toasted
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices. Serve immediately.
