Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and garlic in a blender.
  2. 2. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. 5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
