Ingredients

  • 12 oz Penne Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked penne pasta and chopped fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
