- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese your choice
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish. Spread the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped basil evenly over the crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
