  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 4 large Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  3. Layer the sliced tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese on the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle chopped basil, salt, and black pepper over the top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
