- 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
- 2 cups Tomatoes diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
5. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve immediately.
