Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Diced Mango
- ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir well to mix.
Let sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve fresh with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
