  • 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese sliced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves only
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  2. 2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate, alternating between them.
  3. 3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
  4. 4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  5. 5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
