- 4 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Red Onion sliced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes and sliced red onion.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
