- 2 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
- 1 medium Tomato Sliced
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper Freshly ground
1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Layer the tomato slices on one slice of bread.
3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
