Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs Top Ramen noodles crushed
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped green onions
  • ½ cup Sliced almonds toasted
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crush the ramen noodles into small pieces.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed noodles, cabbage, carrots, green onions, almonds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
