- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball.
On a plate, combine chopped pecans and parsley. Roll the cheese ball in the mixture until fully coated.
Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
