Main Ingredients
- 4 cups new potatoes halved
- 2 cups carrots sliced
- 2 cups green beans trimmed
- 1 cup peas fresh or frozen
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
2. Add the new potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the green beans and peas, cook for another 5 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
5. Drain the vegetables and return them to the pot.
6. Add the heavy cream and butter, stirring gently to combine.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
