- 2 cans Tuna drained
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Celery chopped
- 1 cup Red Onion chopped
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce leaves separated
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
3. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the separated romaine lettuce leaves.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
