  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Celery Stalk chopped
  • 1 Small Red Onion chopped
  • 8 slices Bread toasted
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
  3. Place the toasted bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread the tuna mixture evenly on each slice.
  4. Top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
