Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Cook until soft.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in cooked turkey and frozen peas. Cook until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or toast.
