Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Stir in the salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Spoon the turkey mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll up.
