Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 Large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  7. Spoon the turkey mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll up.
