Turkey Carcass Soup Recipe
A hearty soup made from leftover turkey carcass.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole turkey carcass
- 2 whole carrots chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 whole onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 cups water
- 1 whole bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice or noodles optional
Place the turkey carcass in a large pot.
Add carrots, celery, onion, garlic, and water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Remove the carcass and bay leaf.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add cooked rice or noodles if desired.
