- 12 pounds Whole Turkey thawed
- 1 cup Butter melted
- 2 tablespoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Rinse the turkey and pat it dry with paper towels.
Brush the turkey with melted butter.
Season the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the turkey in the smoker and cook for about 5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the turkey from the smoker and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
