- 1 whole Turkey 10-12 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Pat the turkey dry with paper towels.
Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
Brush the turkey with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder.
Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
