Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Turkey Breast thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice sushi rice preferred
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce for dipping

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out the turkey slices on a cutting board.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of cooked rice over each turkey slice.
  3. 3. Place a strip of cucumber and a slice of avocado at one end of each turkey slice.
  4. 4. Roll up the turkey slices tightly, starting from the end with the cucumber and avocado.
  5. 5. Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces and serve with soy sauce for dipping.
