Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin about 2 ¼ tsp
  • 3 tablespoon cold water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and let them cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  5. To serve, you can unmold the panna cotta onto a plate or serve directly in the ramekins. Enjoy!
