Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk such as almond or soy milk
  • 1 medium Banana ripe
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
