Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Silken Tofu
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips vegan
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
In a blender, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
