Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
Gradually add the almond milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to spread it thinly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
