  • 1 ½ cups Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add the almond milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
  3. Stir in the vegetable oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to spread it thinly.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
