Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and vegan feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
