Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
- 3 tablespoon Water
- 1 cup Flour all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix the ground flaxseed with water and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add the flaxseed mixture and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually add this to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until combined.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
