Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • ½ cup Pine Nuts or walnuts
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a blender or food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. 2. Add nutritional yeast, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Blend again to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
