Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours or overnight
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Dried Dill
- ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine the cashews, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the dressing is too thick, add a bit more water until you reach the desired consistency.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Transfer the dressing to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
