Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Vegan butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon for rolling

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the vegan butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls, then roll each ball in cinnamon.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
