Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Black Beans cooked
  • 1 cup Corn cooked
  • 1 avocado Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips crushed

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, avocado, and crushed tortilla chips.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
