  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Bell Pepper chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables.
  2. Toss the vegetables with your favorite dressing.
  3. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
