Vegetarian Quesadillas

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 1 cup Black beans Rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Corn kernels Fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Diced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese, black beans, corn, and bell peppers.
Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.
