- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Chopped Veggies (cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes)
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Prepare all your veggies by chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, add a base layer of hummus.
3. Top the hummus with chopped veggies and crumbled feta cheese.
4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the top.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
