  • 1 cup Chopped Veggies (cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes)
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
