  • 1 handful Lettuce
  • 2 tablespoon Hummus

Instructions

  2. 2. Layer the tomato, cucumber, and lettuce on two of the bread slices.
  3. 3. Top with the remaining bread slices, hummus side down.
  4. 4. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
