Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add bell peppers and onion, sauté until soft.
Add garlic, black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
Fill tortillas with veggie mixture and add desired toppings.
