- ¼ cup fish sauce
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1-2 bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon shredded carrot (optional)
In a bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, water, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Add minced garlic and chopped chilies. Mix well.
If using, add shredded carrot for extra texture and color.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
