  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 cups Frozen Hash Browns thawed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cheese and hash browns.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
