- 8 oz Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 cups Frozen Hash Browns thawed
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sausage, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cheese and hash browns.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
