Watergate Salad Recipe
A light and fluffy dessert salad made with pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows, walnuts, and whipped topping.

- 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix 3.4 ounces
- 1 can crushed pineapple 20 ounces, undrained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
- 0.5 cup shredded coconut
- 1 container whipped topping 8 ounces, thawed
In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and undrained pineapple.
Stir in the marshmallows, walnuts, and coconut.
Fold in the whipped topping until well mixed.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
