Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed seedless
- 1 cup Vodka
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Ice
Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth.
Strain the watermelon juice into a shaker.
Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker.
Shake well and strain into martini glasses.
Garnish with a small watermelon wedge or lime slice if desired.
