Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the dressing.
  3. 3. Place a wedge of lettuce on each plate. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
  4. 4. Top with crumbled bacon and halved cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately.
